Yep. I can't recall reading a more scathing email with regards to the club's actions from an official body with such long-standing close links to the club as this one from Seagulls Travel. To say they sounded pee'd off would be an understatement.
It's a NO from from me. I was miffed about the Seagulls Travel thing, this hasn't helped me feel any better about the club's current marketing strategy. As many have already said, the most cynical part is the 'opt out' thing as this is always designed this way round to try and get extra money...
