Yes I thought that would be the case, but just felt any judge, magistrate would get that off from the first few seconds of footage - I am sure the £250 gained from 'You've been framed' was well spent :lolol:

Just a curious question, why do they police spend so long doing the roadside tests when the guy is so obviously off his head at the first attempt, he should be in the station having a drugs test immediately, I can only think they are trying to bag a £250 bonus for the 'you have been framed' clip.
