I agree. I've have been to a variety of sports stadia in the UK and abroad and not had major issues with being served. I'd actually argue it must be simple to deal with sports catering as you know exactly how many attendees you have and exactly when the rushes are.
Out of interest what is the range of products on the concourses these days? I heard they were trying some 'street food' nonsense..whatever this is. Maybe also trim the food and drink range down to something more manageable?
I will say again how totally baffled I am that after 4 years the club...
