It did. Demand was so high they actually removed seats from the "buffer zones" to put them in the new NE corner in order to get more tickets sold.

No reason given which seems odd - especially as the club will fork out a bit on sending paper tickets. Seems pointless.

Correct. Reasonable pricing. Also if you do sit in a more-expensive area - you do of course have the option of sitting in a "cheaper" area if you want.
