No because im not a big enough prick to be a part of them, yes of course they are to blame for the club falling into this mess in the first place, though the Council are the reason the CVA (and the club exiting administration) hasnt happened.
Could be a Rangers style scenario, buy all the clubs assets the "original" club gets wound-up but then immediately re-formed (maybe something like CCFC 2013) and then they decide what league they can enter in, although 1 day before the start in the season, where exactly are they going to go ?
Would be nice, but its too soon to do this! It would simply be Coventry being removed from the Football League and changes to the amount of clubs which would be relegated/promoted for other leagues in the football pyramid.
Football League to hold an emergency meeting with a statement later today - minimum points deduction of 15 points but its possible that may actually go upto a deduction of 25 points.
Well considering it was their owners that have caused all this. If i was the owners of the Ricoh then I would leave Coventry as fast as possible......and double security at the stadium !
Depends on when things happen Id have thought. Will screw the league up though.
Confirmed on Sky Sports. Reported that the stadium owners voted against a CVA which would have allowed them to come out of administration - as a result the club will be liquidated.
Sad news, looks like the club has been totally screwed over by the stadium owners.
