15% sounds about right, but you do go from 23 games to 19 games (for the same money) as well. Wouldn't surprise me though if there is a reduced rate the first year like if plan was 15% they might do 10% if you buy before 'x date' else after (and every year after that whenever you pay) it's 20%...
