I've not done it myself but I read that it's pretty easy. Plug the memory stick in and go to system then storage. Hopefully it should have recognised the stick in the USB port and it gives you an option to format it. Sounds easy, so it obviously won't be. Good luck though!

Yes, I believe so. I think it has to be formatted in the XBox first though.

Where did you get 16gb from? GAME website says 8gb
