I'd imagine it's the time taken to get through immigration. When I was there 20 odd years ago, you had to arrive at the airport three or four hours before your flight left. I'd imagine it's much longer now.

😂 My plan, if I can get a ticket, is to make a trip of it and take in an opera on the previous or next night. I've already started looking at schedules in likely opera houses. No ballet is fine by me 😂😂
