As an accountant, don't you think that a club like that,with no assets, would be better off going to administration? They could then do a Palace/Pompey/Leicester and write off their debts, accept the points deduction and start again with a clean slate...
Well, you could say that about every owner for every club, no owner has anything to do with the football decisions. But the gruesome twosome hire and fire the managers and provide the funds so you could say they did have something to do with getting promoted.

Hmmm ... a club in the PL (and in no danger of being relegated) and highly profitable. I'm sure than 72 clubs in the League wish they had owners that bad (that's not to say that I think the Porno Two are wonderful, but there are some really dreadful owners out there)
