A fair point, my only argument (in favour of the FA) is that so many incidents in the game differ from each other that getting a consistent punishment structure would be a nightmare!

I'm curious as to how it is that a player would (presumably) have had more of a ban than that, so why is it that a manager should get off lighter? If anything, the punishment should be worse as they're in a position of responsibility...surely?
