It will be less than that. As @Neville's Breakfast said Liverpool this season is a reduced allocation so 322 represents the top 2500 or so. Fulham was also around 2650 and I was easily top tier for that on 335 at the time. I would expect this to start somewhere between 290 and 300 (but please...
