Fair point too. I formally withdraw the comment that the inference in the announcement means that news on Gus and Charlie wont be heard today or tomorrow. (Though, as you would expect, I reserve the right to re-instate the view if news hasn't been made public by tomorrow night!!)
Perhaps! I do think that the club would have wanted to resolve all three at the same time if they could.... so that implies that Gus and Charlie won't be sorted for a at least a day or two more....
For the reason I said earlier? If Tanno is no longer suspended, he may want to talk with people at the club. The only way he could do that is if they knew he had been cleared. If the mgt told the whole club he was cleared, it would leak. So they have to release a Press Release. It does...
Only if it were a criminal matter. Most workplace things are not criminal. Some examples of things that are would be are: fraud, theft, assault, sexual harassment (potentially)....

Just about the only inference I would draw from the release is that the club doesn't think it likely that there will be news on Gus or Charlie today, or possibly tomorrow, otherwise they'd have delayed the news about Tanno for a few hours. I don't think they could realistically delay it any...
