Simple answer,show some patience (although it may have been the 3rd or 4th cyclist the van passed for all we know) and when safely passed,drive on and continue with your journey.. I do however drive a lorry far a living and well that's how i'd do it.

After an afternoon down the pub eating and drinking god knows what,those cyclist are among the worst offender..

This theory changes if one drives in the rural areas..
