[Albion] Change to away ticket sales process [Club update - post #140]

After some consideration I think the revised plan will mostly work. I'm happy to see it in action, which I am sure will be a massive relief to Mr B. That said if there are multi tiers what is front middle and back? Would that then be split between tiers? Hmmmmm

It is a reasonable response, and I am grateful that they have looked at this quickly and responded. However I still believe they are creating a rod for their own back here. They are already saying this involves a lot of work, and will be a manual process. That's money effectively. Secondly the...

[Albion] Change to away ticket sales process [Club update - post #140]

Looking at lots of different options put forward by people here but I do think if it isn't broken then don't try and fix it. Last season worked completely fine and I really do not believe it needed changing. It just needed the club to decide based on their knowledge of the supporter how large...

What Bozza said on Liverpool but yes I did say it was a pessimistic view. Actually think we will sell more than this as you have pointed out.

[Albion] Change to away ticket sales process [Club update - post #140]

What I find most frustrating about this on reflection is that the ticketing office and staff have been fantastic for ages the ticketing system after years of being a bit rubbish is now excellent and so to go backwards on this just feels completely against the direction the club is going. I'm...

[Albion] Change to away ticket sales process [Club update - post #140]

Working through the fixtures on a fairly pessimistic basis the real exposure is approximately £350k. If Tony Bloom decides that is money he doesn't want to lose then fair play. That said rather than taking the route they have which is clearly annoying to the most loyal fans why not just ask for...

[Albion] Change to away ticket sales process [Club update - post #140]

I bought my Watford tickets at 9am the first day they were available, we have been allocated tickets in the corner block, not behind the goal. So it appears they are not doing this, well didn't for Watford anyway. Unless they perceive that I would rather sit in the corner than in the middle...

And this in bucket loads. You wouldn't accept it if you went to the theatre would you. Yes sir you can pay me your money but I have no idea where in the theatre you will sitting, it may be a restricted view, it may be a very poor view, but yes please can I have your money. Okay then.

Totally agree. All last season I thought the system was great, if you got in early you could chose the block you wanted and therefore not face the prospect of a long trip and a totally shit seat. I do think the club has got this one wrong. Whilst I understand the financial point why can't they...
