I didn't say it was good or bad, just using it as an example to clarify to OP what people meant when the say 'Burke signing'.

When people say 'not a Burke signing', they don't mean, 'Burke wasn't involved', they mean Burke didn't identify the player. Tex wasn't a Burke signing, because Hyypia organised it.
