[Finance] Do you personally want interest rates (the base rate) to go up, down or stay the same?
I'm still saving up to hopefully buy something in the next few years. So if the BofE could keep those rates as high as possible before immediately plummeting when I'm looking for a mortgage, that'd be perfect. Thanks.- Gabbiano
