Brighton don't score many goals. Villa have money to improve their squad and may well have an underperforming striker to get off the books.
Therefore there must be a rumour that Brighton are 'interested'. My breath isn't baited - but he could be the Welbeck replacement I suppose.
Just need to find two more teams that we can finish above then, and we're sorted! And no need for Uncle Tony to shell out another £20, £30 or £40M for a striker who'll turn out to be no more prolific than Maupay ................. :wink:
