Ballot papers to go out with the following message. You may vote for any one candidate of your choice. You can also choose not to vote, but by doing so you will be counted as in agreement with and supportive of the voting preference of the majority of people who do vote in this election/referendum.

I think it's only in the last thirty or forty years that the party has been included on the ballot paper - any fellow senir middle-agers back me up on this?
Which was 67% against it last time we were asked. Should we have another referendum on this? How often? How many? Do we stop when you get the 'right' result?
