Actually, thinking about it, a cut off point for substitutions (70 minutes? 75 minutes?) might not be a bad idea. Those time-wasting in time-added-on substitutions are pretty irritating, as are the very late ones where the substitute has no chance of affecting the game. I wouldn't mind seeing it...
