Yes. Needed to keep plugging away, as I did. Eventually Paul Camlin got involved and I got my £45 refunded, all of which went to AITC and REMF. Well done the club - they did the right thing for me.

CC your next e-mail to Supporter Services at the Albion. Seems to have worked for some of us - see recent posts. Not looking like Alan Pardew Out might help.............................................

Sorry - was just giving a plug to the person who helped me get my refund. Well done Paul, and thank you.

No idea mate - sorry. I only just about know how to post a message on here!

AITC? REMF? Very easy to do.

Me too (see post #604). It must be pay back week! Those of you still trying, keep trying! Paul Camillin is on the side of the good guys.

Keep trying! Cc your e-mail to Supporter Services at the Albion too - it worked for me.

Result! I paid my £45 primarily to watch the pre-season friendlies - which I didn't see much of! My requests for a refund were met with rubbish e-mails from efl/neulion ("not included in the package" for example). I sent off a further strongly worded e-mail asking them to cut the crap and send...

My next text from them stated that 'Friendlies were not included in the deal'...................

I got an even more outrageous reply, including this blatant lie: " If your game is not available to you we understand your disappointment. How ever please be aware that friendlies are NOT included in the season subscription service." Anybody else clearly remember them being advertised?

So, if e-mailing ifollow for a refund is not the right thing to do, what e-mail address should the complaint be sent to?
  15. GT49er

    Seagulls tv

The club gave me ifollow@efl.com - they have just e-mailed me back that my subscription has been stopped (I didn't subscribe - I paid a £45 one off fee), but 'there are no refunds, promotions, or compensation for services rendered'. They will be hearing from me again..............

No. Which is why I have asked for my £45 to be refunded - watching these matches - plus a few U23 games - was the reason I signed up. I don't often get to see the Albion, so £45 for a handful of matches seemed a good deal.

Did some numbwit fiddle with the controls at half time or something? Working perfectly up to then - after apparently being 'adjusted' at half time until the last ten minutes it looked like a bad dodgy stream which kept freezing. I really wanted to see how the youngsters performed when they came...

Very decent picture (internet explorer on my laptop), and enjoyable first half. Brown did some nice touches, I thought - very promising. March took his goals well. Can't quite make out the formation - is it a (very, very moveable) 4-2-3-1?

Excellent pictures. No sound! No Mat Ryan, even on the bench, but Connolly, Molumby and Tilley are among the subs. Izzy starting. Could be an interesting evening! Edit: now have sound.
