At the very least, 3 glasses is half a bottle - so 5 units of alcohol a day, and 35 a week. That will always be added to on "special occasions", like weekends, or with a nightcap. Well above recommendations, and not really "in moderation", but I still wouldn't know how to define an "alcoholic"...
