One of the Sky channels (Watch, I think) showed "The Eleventh Hour" the other day....utter crap by comparison to some of the later Matt Smith ones. This wasn't great, but I bet things get a LOT better as we go on.

I thought Capaldi was brilliant, although it wasn't anywhere near the best episode I've ever seen. Liked the "Trigger's Broom" nod and even the obviously unplanned nod to Robin Williams - "oh captain, my captain".

Let it settle. First episodes post-regen are always a little awkward.

Yep, very much looking forward to it. I think Capaldi is going to be superb.
