Surely no one can be surprised by this? You can't just have players at the top end of the game go round attempting to trip up refs. What kind of message would it send to refs at all other levels if he didn't get a lengthy stint on the sidelines? The ban could really have been longer and still...
I reckon it'll be a TEN gamer, which is no bad thing as:
1) You can't have players going round trying to trip up refs. An example should be made.
2) It MIGHT force Poyet to play two ATTACKING wingers. Which would be nice.
