Not bitter but a genuine question. Are you just ignoring FFP as given the crowds you get, it seems hard to believe that you can afford to spend this on Mason and the money you spent on Rantie and compete with us (and apparently offer more) to Grabban with just over a third of the crowds we get.

Absolutely. I had no issue with Grabban getting more money from another club if they came in for him. However, staying with Bournemouth suggests he was looking to get a raise out of it for himself and piss us about. As you say, not the sort of player we really want in our team so fine.

Depends how you look at it. We just got £750K for Barnes, who was out of contract in the summer and has scored less goals this season than Grabban. £1 million these days is nothing for a striker (which is ridiculous but true).

I would be surprised if Grabban did. Mason more likely. I think there are two key points though. Firstly, who would have thought that Holt, Lambert etc would have made it in the Premier League.
