Hearing that Tony Martin may possibly be pulled out after yesterdays crash & subsequent concussion. Team Fignons Ponytail is falling apart....& we havent even finished week 1!

All I can say is thank god these commisaires werent around in the days of the Tashkent Terror or the Lion King - we wouldnt have any sprinters left in the race. Harsh DQ if you ask me but whats done is done!

Just looked on the Bahrain Merida website, & Izagirre is having surgery as he fractured his lower back! :-( Really hope he recovers well and is racing again when able.

Gutted to see Izagirre crashed and abandoned today as well. With Nibali not riding I had him in my fantasy team and was hoping for a decent points haul. One rider down already...unbelievable.
