I’m a ‘bit dim’ according to the Palace BBS and the loss is only £33 million apparently. Must be my bad arithmetic I guess. I subtracted £189m from £150m to calculate the loss pre player sales and incorrectly got it to £39m. Stupid me :dunce::dunce:
Take a look at my reply to Rory. At the end of the day Palace’s strategy of spending a lot on wages and player signings has kept them in the Premier League.
There’s none. In the Championship Birmingham and Reading both had player costs of 240% of income last season. The EPL and EFL are members run clubs who make up their own rules. The FA is not interested in the professional game as such and very weak in laying down the law.

Someone asked me on Twitter if it is deliberate that if you take the first letter of each sentence of the review it spells 'Susannah Reid pegs Steve Parish with a strapon called Little Piers'. It's not deliberate, it's just an amazing coincidence...
