Do you think TB will allow CH to spend big on players this summer

More league goals than CMS and COG put together this season then. A SNIP. But will Stalybridge Celtic let him go?

I hear LIAM DICKENSON is still available, he's a £750,000 striker you know, and only 29, same age as COG and younger than CMS.

I think their problem is finding two dozen people who willingly want to live in Wolverhampton though.

To be fair none of us have been happy chappies with what has been served up week after week.

When you can't debate with facts, you resort to insults. As a financial journalist I thought you would be better than that.

We have spent money, the wage bill for the last two seasons was the highest in the history of the club. As for the correlation, it's between wages and end of season position, and as I pointed out, this division has the weakest correlation. As for the constant snide comments, you do yourself no...

Do you think TB will allow CH to spend big on players this summer

If you mean spend a lot of money on a League 1 striker with no experience in this division and one good season in League 1, we have done that, more than once. It's a lottery, and being wise with (a) hindsight and (b) someone else's money is a piece of cake.

OK, but are you willing to spend an extra £2,000 on a season ticket next season?

I don't reject any correlation, and have spreadsheets that show there is an analogy between wage bills and league position (although the correlation in this division is by far the weakest of the main divisions in Europe). QPR spent £76 million on wages last season, compared to the Albion's £21...

    Fulham....£10.5 million...McCormack....guaranteed promotion?

I think to be fair that Ulloa was a decent replacement for Murray, although it took the club 20 months to rectify the problem. Murray would have rejoined us had it not been for Gary Dicker breaking Will Hoskins' leg, as a swap deal had been agreed with Palace for the two players. Murray had not...

Didn't we get them in in the first place though? According to many on here they were rubbish anyway.

How much did Palace spend on the untried lower league striker that took them to the PL? Burnley paid £1m for Ings and £350k for Vokes (and £450k for Barnes). The three of them cost about the same we spent on Baldock. It's about getting value for the money spent that matters, and that's where...

It's far more complicated. Fulham spent 'big' by splashing out £10.5 million on McCormack from Leeds, and they are below us in the table.
