I'd recommend Shoah too, although at over 9 hours, it is probably too overwhelming for many. I saw the Holocaust exhibition at the Imperial War Museum a couple of weeks ago, superbly put together, if numbing at the same time. Doesn't stop some funts from still attempting to deny it all though...

Probably the greatest TV documentary program of all time.
