I don't think I'll go in the Louvre. I am one of these people who have to read 'everything' when I go in a museum...much to the annoyance of my good lady. Some excellent advice on here; sods law that the Eurostar site is down at the moment!

Any one got any tips for a weekend away in Paris? Where to stay? What to see? etc. Not being the most travelled of gents, I haven't a clue where to start but want to surprise my wife for her birthday... And it's supposed to be romantic.
