The suggestion is that uncollected tickets be purchased online and then collected at the ticket collection point by those who have been successful. Hundreds queuing for a handful of uncollected tickets would indeed be a recipe for disaster.

No one has suggested a queuing system. If there are six uncollected tickets, six more people would go to the ticket collection point.

Have a cut off time for collections. Make uncollected tickets available on line to pre-registered fans in Tiers 1 and 2. Physical collection window open for say 15 or 30 minutes.

I wonder if the Club could offer a 15-30 minute window at the ticket collection point for fans without tickets to purchase any uncollected tickets?
