Cramp in the calf muscles at 3am when I've been on the piss. It's the suddenness that makes it so bad. One minute fine, the next it feels like some nutter has shot me.

Having my haemorrhoids burst. Even writing this makes me still feel sick. Imagine a red hot poker inserted up your arse. That's how it felt to me. The blood almost made me pass out. Ironically I've been having a bit of trouble the last couple of weeks - probably the heat. Walking home two...
