Blimey. Happy clappers get so defensive. Just because some of us don't agree with everything the club does. We will still be cheering the team on tomorrow.
But answer this, if the club didn't get this wrong why did we only see advertising on social media the moment the west stand upper opened...
PB got the price right.
PB was right to allow 4 tickets per sth (This means season ticket holders can't guarantee their seats.)
PB got it wrong not opening upper tiers to start with.
He didn't get it right because there were two options.
A) Reduce ticket prices.
Or
B) Only open the lower tiers at full price.
The club went for option C.
I guess the nightmare for the club will be if there is only 500 people rattling around in the west upper.
They will have got it wrong on ticket sales for sure then.
The headline on the Albion's website.
You can't buy any tickets for the Swansea game as it's sold out. Nothing about new tickets available for the match a week before.
It's strange isn't it. They have been active on facebook posting about the u23s and the half time Bobby Zamora interview you can now watch but nothing about upper tier tickets.
Are they scared of selling out the east upper so people start on about the west upper. Are they short staffed or something?
Season ticket holders don't like paying more than they usually do per game. So what price? I can see the club overcharging.
Also it will be live on tv and won't be a 3pm Saturday.
So what if we get a premier league team, the opposition has lost it's pulling power as we play them every week now...
