:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
following our 6-1 win v Worthing on Monday we rested a few last night v Crawley Down but still managed to put 10 (TEN) past them.
with 8 matches left this victory ensures a play off place - not bad for a team tipped for the drop. Well done to Shaun and the lads...
it is advisable to buy a ticket in advance as sometimes our attendance can run into three figures!
having said that, it's Hastings on Easter mon, should be a pay day, if they don't treble our normal gate i'll be suprised
now so many points clear at the top I've lost count!!!! (this'll comment might come back to haunt me!)
anyway if you want to see the leaders in action:
TODAY (22/3/14) Home V Guernsey 12.45ko
MONDAY (24/3/14) V Worthing SSC semi (AT LANCING FC) 730ko
WEDS (26/3/14)HOME V Crawley Down Gatwick...
one of my favourite always today, Burgess Hill, friendly club, pro Albion, good comments about us, nice chat with Capt. Dodge and a 2-1 win to boot.
(Big hand to the BH keeper who turned round and replied to our 'Ultras' "what are you then?" When they sung 'small town near Brighton..' We...
Why cant I? I didn't start accusing Leatherhead of 'flashing the cash' when they were top of the league. 'Fly up the leagues' good one. we've been toying with promotion for years, Shaun Saunders has got a great young side going. We'll see how we do next season (IF we go up) If we 'Fly up that...
there's about 35 places in the league between them and Peacehaven have won nine matches in a row, I don't want to 'after time' here but you "hoping" is on par to your lottery ticket purchase this week.
Alan Pook was the manager then, as it is at that level, the manager goes, they all go. There is no money at Peacehaven at present despite what bitter Hastings '£200,000 FA cup money' United try and tell you!
indeed we will.
BTW ive 'borrowed' your avatar for the non league forum. Cant wait to play Wealdstone next season (God willing), If he thinks Whitehawk is a "schhit ground wid no fackin fangsh" he'll have a pleasure overload at our place!
don't quote me as I'm a mere "customer" and am not officially linked to the club, by my understanding is if we win, we're up. There is work to do over the summer I believe the league are being quite understanding and giving us time, we need to concrete over a few areas and give the refs room a...
we're not looking that far ahead, although the police have already told us our Conference South match v Portsmouth on 26/12/15 will be a 12noon kick off
another match tonight (Weds) albeit SS Cup, at home to Ringmer, but the mighty Haven are now 11 points clear at the top having won the last 10 league games at home, and have won 9 games on the bounce (home and away) in all competitions.
Just thought I'd mention it
As Peter And The Test Tube Babies sung "If Saltdean or Seaford come over for a ruck, The Peacehaven wild kids kick them all to f***"
not quite Lennon/McCartney but what can you do?
