But throughout football there's the pervading attitude of "we know best, supporters are just a know-nothing rabble." Until this viewpoint of supporters as not having valid views and not knowing anything themselves then things won't really change.

For me the most damning bit is : Quite amazing that action can be taken unilaterally against anyone without them even being given the right to a hearing or a chance to state their case! And an utterly arrogant attitude, too.
