[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

I wonder if the 100 are all 'genuine' fans who go to games regularly? Or are they just 'touts' setting up accounts with lots of clubs to try and get tickets for big games they know they can sell on at a profit. Genuine fans doing this thinking they can get away with it must be a bit thick!!

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

Anyone have any idea how many ‘fans’ we have banned from buying tickets to away games? I can’t imagine it‘s a big number? And I wonder if the terms of the ban includes a potential further ban for acquiring tickets from ’other’ routes than just buying themselves?

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

These are usually 10 year debenture seats that cost a lot of money to buy. It’s the yours to do as you wish for sporting and music events etc. So no … there’s no face value to these seats and the owner of the debenture is permitted to sell the seat for any event they don’t use themselves.

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

If an easy swap can be done with similar seats - fair enough. But I get pissed off by some that think they can sit anywhere they want And not give a damn for others. This happened in seats behind my son and myself in 2019 semi. Second half a couple of pissed up blokes sat behind us that weren’t...

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

So they’re going to stop the people who actually have tickets for certain seats from sitting in them - because they want those seats themselves??

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

OK, I think I understand. Buying on behalf of people on F&F rather than the F or F member buying it themselves during their priority window to try and get seats altogether. If any of those tickets have been subsequently passed onto someone else … then that’s not right and someone could face the...

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

There’s a BIG difference! A ticket purchased by a STH in a priority period should not be given/sold to someone who may not even have a purchase history. The person given the ticket has effectively jumped the queue. It’s no different to a STH, knowing they couldn’t go for whatever reason, buying...

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

No … when STHs could buy 2 extra tickets for guests, those tickets could be passed to any friend … they didn’t need to be on friends and family list and don’t need any purchase history etc etc. There are no restrictions re who those tickets are given to. So a very different scenario to that of...

[Albion] PASSING ON A TICKET WARNING

Apologies if someone has posted same response … I’m gradually going through this thread. There’s surely a big distinction between the one ticket we were able to buy as STHs/Albion+ members - using our priority spots. Passing one of these tickets on would surely breach the priority scheme set by...
