On what basis do you suggest that? it seems to be a targeted attack, not random assaults on unknown to the attacker people, as was the case with that bloke in Nottingham.

Would you be prepared to pull the lever, flick the switch, pull the trigger, administer the injection or do whatever is needed to kill someone? I wouldn’t.
