A cut of £1000 for modestly paid workers seems like a lot of money to me. It also seems to me that to provoke strike action takes a lot of political ineptitude in the current climate.
I don't know all the details although I think it is telling that those Greens that I do respect such as Caroline Lucas seem very anti-Kitkat.
