I have the misfortune to live 3 miles away. It's all on road parking. My preference would be to park on Valley Road towards the Queens Road end. This leaves a reasonably short walk to the ground along Queens Rd and Midland Road. Should be fine for parking if arriving before 2:10 - 2:15...
