I bet that'll cause complaints at Mill Road... unless they have a van that gradually moves up the hill to sell tickets, you certainly couldn't force people to buy tickets before entering the car park as that'd cause worse congestion on the A23 roundabout than there is now!

Have the final ticketing arrangements already been decided then, is it the case that everyone has to have a card, even the away fans? It strikes me that the ticketing arrangements are likely to be far more flexible than that - a lot of new grounds now have barcode readers on the turnstiles...
