I agree - the chance of him ever seeing the cash he’s invested in the club must be close to zero - I can’t be alone in thinking though that now we’re in the PL, and assuming we manage to stay there for a few years, that the club will be able to repay some of the nearly £200m of outstanding loans.

My turn to ask - What is your point?

That Thunder Bolt’s claim that the club has zero debt wasn’t accurate. Personally I hope TB does manage to reclaim some of the money he has so generously loaned the club.

Isn’t that true for the debts of most of the PL clubs? i.e. they are owed to the club’s owners.

Apart from the £16m overdraft and the £191m directors loan as at 30/6/17
