I'm afraid that for as long as Dick's Coffee Shop and Bar advertises itself as serving light lunches during the week, as well as on match-days, l expect it to serve just that ... lunch, hot or cold, whenever it is open! It's absolutely fine if they only want to serve cold food during the week...
