Most of us know that, but having a McDonald's or US once every few months probably isn't worth worrying about. Every Friday here is home cooked 'junk food' but for the other 6 days, every dinner is made from scratch. The 'quality' of the food made can be somewhat hit and miss but it's healthy...

After reading this thread I want a Big Mac, Cheeseburger (gherkins removed from both), small fries and a sweet curry sauce. Sadly a roast is cooking. :(
