It is indeed. I'm not moaning, I got a ticket. But I do think the random queuing system was fairer.
Or better still, let's have an actual queue down Queens Road, and the earlier you get there, the further towards the front of the queue you are. That will test people's loyalty.

I'm sure in previous situations like this the website wouldn't let you log in from about 30 minutes before the tier opened. It used to say it would randomly assign you a place in the queue once we hit 9am. That is the right way to do it.
You misunderstand me. You shouldn't be able to hold them across priority windows. I mean when you log in at 9am and get 3 tickets added to your basket, you should then hold those tickets for 15 mins (or 10 mins or whatever) to give you time to pay etc. Once in your basket they should be yours...
