Been on at them for 3 weeks and I still haven't received a refund so good luck. In the end I requested a VISA chargeback by my bank for the original payment stating that I hadn't received the services I paid for. I received the payment back from the bank yesterday, so try this route instead.

Ifollow have stopped replying to my emails. I'm still waiting to hear back from the club but I have contacted my bank and told them I have paid for a service I haven't received and requested a chargeback on my payment. So they should be taking this back from them and refunding me

Yep I've got screenshots saved as I thought exactly the same thing. I'm sure this would be an open and shut case in court but I would be amazed if we have to take it that far.
