Hobgoblin is good but in general ale is just piss. Real men drink stout or porter, the blacker and stronger the better, and none of that Guinness shite either! :wink: The Earth and Stars had the audacity to run out of Dark Star Expresso Stout this evening so Conqueror it was.

I only discovered Hobgoblin a few months back. Absolutely heavenly nectar (up there with Fuller's London Porter and Dark Star Expresso Stout in terms of it's heavenlyness). Word of warning - do not buy it in cans - it tastes poor compared to the bottle stuff. Sainsburys often have the bottles...
