It's the length of wait for the print at home ticket I don't get. Can you imagine having to wait 5 hours for a boarding pass or ticketmaster?

Guys, Sorry but I've read the whole thread and unless I missed something, why aren't these tickets being loaded onto your season ticket, considering only season ticket holders can buy at the moment.

Sorry if this is a daft question, but why do we need to print at home or get the ticket in the post? Doesn't the match just get loaded onto your smart card?
