Fair enough but after reading this are you more or less likely to pick up a paper to see what Naylors has written?
I know the answer from me is a lot less likely.
So by that logic, Brighton fans think that Mike Dean also does a good job.
I think you might need to have another think on why he's generated so much interest.
I know you get a kick out of posts like that but seriously, what's your point here? Are you trying to downplay the rivalry based on matches played because if so then Southampton have only played Pompey 12 times in the last 30 years and just 38 times in total. Millwall have played West Ham 13...
Fair enough, although it does seem that a lot of Leicester fans are only aware of the Chelsea fans singing it...as this thread attests

Interesting that you mention Leicester. I'm sure alfredmizen can back this up too, there's a bit of history between them and Chelsea to the point that Chelsea sing about them... "We all follow the Chelsea over land and sea and Leicester..".
You miss the point, I think. It's far from manufactured. The rivalry may have not existed before the 70s but it occurred naturally and is very real. To claim that it's manufactured i.e. not real is a blatant lie.
In fact, the idea to me that Pompey are rivals is the real definition of a...
