Well yes 'form is form' the same as 'brexit means brexit'. Showing 'form' though on its own doesn't qualify you for the national team; to say it "doesn't matter where" is complete bollocks. Otherwise James Norwood (Tranmere Rovers) is due a call up. He's bang in form in League 2.
