Oh. My. Good. God.
Two INCREDIBLE games. I thought the Jags had blown it, and then that last play in the Vikes Saints game ... wow!
Feel really sorry for all those people who don't 'get' American football, who think it's just a load of motorcycle couriers playing a weird and inferior Yank...
Especially when you add last season to it as well! If we have three seasons where we end up say 4-44 in total then you've really got to say it isn't all down to the GM and a few dodgy Draft selections.
Seemed to galvanise us. So, so close! I've honestly got mixed feelings about Jackson, like you I was a bit surprised when they came out and backed him so publicly as I think I'd like to have see a clean sweep of front and back office - and I'm not usually one who thinks that sacking the coach...

Yeah I had tickets for the game but couldn't go as had to go to Germany. Gutted as I would have loved to have seen the Browns in the flesh. Jackson's record is now 1-23! I know we're rightly trying a period of stability as opposed to sacking the coach (and the front office) every five minutes...
Not while Cleveland exist you haven't. The Browns are living proof that, regardless of the sport, pre-season results are utterly and totally irrelevant. We won all our pre-season games and I thought by now we might have snuck one little regular-season victory.
But no. Same shit, different...
Disappointed Browns fan here. Took the gloss of the weekend a bit, mind you after that first set of plays I thought we'd be looking at about 50-0: 7-0 down and your offense hadn't even touched the ball! Thought Kizer did really well for a rookie in his first game, now they've got to stick with...
