Your right it was Oscar, He said that if Rohan Ince wanted to progress in the game then he felt midfield was his better position.

Not just that But Oscar has taken him from being a central defender and got him playing as a holding midfielder as well, So apart from being his first season as a first team player it's a new position for him as well. The boy is doing good and I thought he deserved MOM today.

I don't doubt Oscar is having to use the youngsters a bit earlier than he wanted to, But he did say in his post match interview he likes working with young players as they have an open mind when it comes to learning. He's certainly got a kick on him, That ball he wellied out of defence in the second half was one of the most impressive kicks I've seen at the Amex. I'm not normally a fan of the hoof it style but I got the impression he didn't want the ball at our end and decided to do something about it.

Personally I don't think Oscar see's Crofts as part of his plans and I can see him...
  8. British Bulldog

    Rohan Ince

Ince has potential but Andrews has experience, It doesn't take much working out.
  9. British Bulldog

    Rohan Ince

Thought he looked nervous in the first half which is understandable, But what ever was said to him at half time seemed to do the trick and was a different player in the second. A good league debut from the boy.
